Our Middlebury office is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator in the local area. This position is contract but for an indefinite amount of time on the 1st shift (7am-3pm). Pay $15/hr. Responsibilities include:

• Physically count parts/components to monitor and maintain inventory records.

• Follow established material handling procedures to stock and pull raw materials for operations and ensure a smooth production schedule.

• Operate a forklift and/or hand truck to move pallets.

• Enter all relevant data regarding stock in the warehouse (raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods) into SAP in a timely and accurate manner.

• Receive incoming materials physically and in SAP.

• Research and disposition any receiving or stock discrepancies as needed.

• Deliver incoming raw materials or goods to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Handle sub-contracting movements of parts physically and in SAP.

• Collect and disposition engineering/NPD samples to clear room in warehouse.

Requirements:

• Must have hands-on material handling experience, specifically 2-4 years of previous related experience gained in a similar work environment.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• Must be forklift certified.

• Need someone computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook, and SAP

• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and have problem solving skills.
