Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor position in the local area. The hours are Sunday through Thursday on the 3^rd shift. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides direct supervision and guidance to 3^rd shift team. Provides disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation. Assure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Assist with loading of trucks for material delivery.

• Assure work order related documents are completed correctly and on time.

• Utilize effective judgment in notification of serious matters related to safety, personnel, or operational emergencies.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to read, interpret and evaluate procedures and specifications.

• Highly disciplined, problem-solver, logical thinking, troubleshooting team player with a strong work ethic. Self-motivated & dependable.

• Basic arithmetic skills to calculate and convert decimals and fractions required.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capable of lifting to 75 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years’ Supervisory experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.

• Forklift operations desirable & working in a warehouse environment.
