Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector position in the local area. This position will be on the 1^st shift with a pay of $17-$20/hr. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity!

We are seeking someone detail-oriented and reliable to join this manufacturing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform thorough inspections of manufactured eyelets to ensure they meet all quality and specification standards before they are sent to customers. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, possess strong attention to detail, and be familiar with manufacturing inspection processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of eyelets using micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators, and other measuring tools.

• Verify product dimensions and specifications against blueprints, technical drawings, and quality control documents.

• Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and potential quality issues.

• Record and maintain accurate inspection data and complete all required quality control paperwork.

• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

• Adhere to all company safety and quality assurance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role, preferably within a metal stamping or precision components environment.

• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and inspection techniques.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering documents.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
