Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for a QC Inspector position on the 1st shift in the Thomaston area. Hours are from 7:00am-3:30pm with a pay of $17.18/hr DOE. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine visual and functional inspections on finished products.

• Test and measure products using basic inspection tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.

• Document inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works, and accurately entering data into the quality database.

• Identify and report product defects or deviations from specifications to the production team and supervisors.

• Help ensure that production processes and standards are followed correctly.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the quality assurance field.
