Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for a contract to hire Molding Battery Operator on the 3rd shift (11pm-7am) for a client company in Thomaston, CT. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Ability to read prints and utilize measuring equipment.

• Measure and record dimensional data of molded components using gauges (electrical and manual).

• Safely respond to machines which have stopped producing.

• Document quality assurance data and production information.

• Assist with cleaning and preventative maintenance of support equipment.

• Cross-train and train new employees.

• Maintain a clean and organized working environment in assigned areas.

• Maintain specific standards for quality, productivity and safety.

• Regular attendance is crucial and required for this position.

• Must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision

• Other duties as assigned.
