Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for three Mechanical Assembly positions in the Naugatuck area for 1st shift. The hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM with a pay of $23.00/HR with the possibility of optional overtime on weekends. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Job Description:

Candidate must be prepared to perform a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process but the focus will be on fabricating. We are prepared to train the right candidate in the skills required. However, experience in welding, drilling, and cutting steel would be a plus. Familiarity with hand tools and general mechanics required. If the candidate repairs their own car, fixes lawn mowers, has worked on a tractor, has repaired, or maintained production equipment, worked in a fabricating shop, worked in a machine shop, has been trained in a technical school or has worked with their hands in a similar manner they will be considered for one of these positions.
