Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for a Machine Operator position on 1st shift. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM with a pay range of $20-25/HR. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Cheshire area.

Machine Operators are responsible for the following:

• Monitoring parts produced off the press per in-process control plan.

• In-process inspections.

• Visuals inspections of parts.

• Maintaining count of parts produced.

• Segregating bad production.

• Packaging parts when necessary.

• Understanding company procedures and work instructions to maintain regulatory and ISO/IATF compliance.

• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.

• Operators may be asked to do other shop tasks such as cleaning or helping complete small tasks in different departments.

Machine Operators should be detail oriented and willing to learn new things. Machine Operators should be able to follow instructions, work well with others, and help ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
