Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inventory Specialist position in the area. The hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, on the 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm with a pay of $18.20/hr. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

As part of the Inventory department, the Inventory Specialist is responsible for kitting for assigned production lines, ensuring the assembly team has all the materials needed to complete their daily orders. Additional responsibilities include updating inventory levels in the computer, physically putting away received materials, and assisting with cycle counting.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for filling bins and kitting for assigned production lines.

• Responsible for physically putting away material that has been received and entered the inventory system.

• Maintain the First In/First Out methodology.

• Responsible for the organization and safety of the inventory on the shelves.

• Assist with cycle counts as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have the ability to perform basic math.

• Must be ok with heights.

• Able to lift to 50lbs, daily.

• Have basic computer skills to transact materials into inventory system.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the English language, as well as the ability to work successfully with others in the organization.

• Have strong organizational skills and willingness to achieve great results.

• Able to operate basic measuring instruments.

• Prior inventory experience helpful.

• Must be dependable with reliable transportation.
