About the Role
Jaci Carroll Staffing is seeking an individual for an Attendant Buyer position. This is a full-time position from 7:00am-3:30pm with a pay from $20-25/HR. This individual will be responsible for the following:
Purchase goods and contract services as required.
Create and place timely and cost effective purchase orders as required.
Interface with company personnel regarding purchase orders and requisitions.
Research and request quotes for materials.
Track open purchase orders and expedite deliveries.
Close out purchase orders; reconcile receiving tickets from miscellaneous suppliers and forward to the Accounting Department.
Prepare various reports of inventory usage for management as required.
Assist in optimizing vendor base.
Maintain a level of consumable food products for the office group and shop personnel.
Support Shipping and Receiving Departments.
Manage industrial laundry and food vendor services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
High school education or equivalent and 2 to 5 years of buying experience.
Have reliable transportation.
Be able to work well with others.
Have basic organizational skills.
Ability to comprehend and apply on-the job training provided by the company.
