Jaci Carroll Staffing is seeking an individual for an Attendant Buyer position. This is a full-time position from 7:00am-3:30pm with a pay from $20-25/HR. This individual will be responsible for the following:

• Purchase goods and contract services as required.

• Create and place timely and cost effective purchase orders as required.

• Interface with company personnel regarding purchase orders and requisitions.

• Research and request quotes for materials.

• Track open purchase orders and expedite deliveries.

• Close out purchase orders; reconcile receiving tickets from miscellaneous suppliers and forward to the Accounting Department.

• Prepare various reports of inventory usage for management as required.

• Assist in optimizing vendor base.

• Maintain a level of consumable food products for the office group and shop personnel.

• Support Shipping and Receiving Departments.

• Manage industrial laundry and food vendor services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High school education or equivalent and 2 to 5 years of buying experience.

• Read/write English.

• Have reliable transportation.

• Be able to work well with others.

• Have basic organizational skills.

• Ability to comprehend and apply on-the job training provided by the company.
