Jaci Carroll is seeking to fill two positions for an Assembly Technician position in the Naugatuck area. They would be working 7:30am-4pm Monday – Friday, with optional OT on Saturdays. Rate being offered is $20/hr.

Candidates must prepare to perform a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process.

Familiarity with hand tools and general mechanics required. If the candidates repair their own car, fixes lawn mowers, has worked on a tractor, repaired or maintained production equipment, worked in a fabricating job shop or machine shop, has been trained in a technical school, or has worked with their hands in a similar manner, they will be considered for this position. A background in auto mechanics or lawn mower repair is highly desirable.

Candidate must ne able to read or, understand basic math, and accurately follow instructions. The job requires heavy lifting and being on your feet all day.
