About the Role
Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for Machine Operator position for the 3rd shift. The schedule will be Monday through Friday 11pm-7am (training on 1st shift) with a pay of $19.80hr. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Naugatuck area.
Requirements:
Experience in operating eyelet machines preferred but willing to consider machine experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
