Jaci Carroll Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual for a Warehouse/Shipping role to support shipping and inventory operations. Responsibilities include preparing and shipping orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely data entry in the SAP system.

This is a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity based in the Watertown area, with hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare scheduled orders for shipment via LTL and common carriers.

• Physically count parts/components to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Follow established procedures for material handling across multiple inventory locations.

• Communicate professionally with commercial carriers and customers.

• Operate forklifts and hand trucks to move pallets and materials.

• Accurately and promptly enter data into the SAP system.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Prior hands-on experience in warehouse or shipping operations.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic math skills required for basic tasks and decision making.

Preferred:

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Familiarity with international shipping documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
