Eyelet Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

$18.00–$20.00/hr | Contract-to-Hire

Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for Eyelet Machine Operators in the local area. These are contract-to-hire opportunities available on both 1st and 2nd shift, offering competitive pay based on experience.

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to operate and maintain high-speed production machinery in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operation experience and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor eyelet machinery during production.

• Perform pre-operation inspections and quality control checks.

• Complete preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Use basic hand and power tools as needed.

• Follow company procedures and production standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and machinery.

• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
