Jaci Carroll Staffing in 1976 in a 500-square-foot second-floor space on Bank Street, with a mission to support and be a part of this community while giving back to those in need.
Katherine Hanratty-Carr

2018 - 2023
Katherine, Jaci Carroll's eldest daughter, began her career in 1976, co-founding Jaci Carroll Staffing. Kathie was promoted in 1982 to COO, and assumed ownership in 2018 after Jaci's passing.
Michael Anthony

Mike has nearly 30 years of expierence at Jaci Carroll Staffing, with an extensive management and manufacturing background. He holds an MBA and is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) by the American Staffing Association.
Eileen Hanratty Anthony
Owner & President of Operations

Eileen, daughter of Jaci Carroll, has been working at Jaci Carroll Staffing for over 45 years.
She now owns the business and leads it as President of Operations, with her husband, Michael Anthony, as President of Sales.
