Assembly Operator

A growing manufacturing company in Thomaston is seeking an Assembly Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, quality inspections, and maintaining efficient production runs.

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $16.94/hour

• 2nd & 3rd Shift: $18.94/hour

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine setups and changeovers.

• Conduct visual quality inspections during production.

• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and machine issues.

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.

• Maintain production and quality documentation.

• Follow all safety and production procedures.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work on the production floor.
