Internal Construction Recruiter

Greater Waterbury/Hartford Area

A growing construction company is seeking a driven Internal Recruiter to lead hiring for heavy civil, site development, roadway, utility, and construction operations throughout Connecticut. Individual will also be responsible for Human Resource responsibilities and be able to multitask in a fast pace environment.

This role is responsible for aggressively recruiting and building pipelines for:

• Heavy Equipment Operators.

• CDL Drivers.

• Skilled Construction Labor.

• Foremen & Superintendents.

• Project Managers.

• Estimators.

• Heavy Highway & Civil Construction Professionals.

We are looking for someone who can hunt for talent, network within the construction industry, fill difficult positions quickly, and keep operations staffed in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience required.

• Construction or heavy civil recruiting experience preferred.

• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to recruit both field personnel and management-level professionals.

• Organized, motivated, and results-driven.

Compensation:

• Salary $85,000+ based on experience.
