Jaci Carroll is seeking an energetic picker/ general warehouse worker to assist us in preparing orders for shipping. Teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility are required for success. Full time Monday – Friday 1st shift $16-18/hr. The individual will participate in all warehouse functions as necessary including performing basic warehouse cleaning and maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently from storage shelves or rooms using product IDs and lot numbers, etc.

• Properly use weighing, measuring, and packaging equipment

• Follow all company procedures and guidelines regarding order preparation, picking, packaging, and shipping

• Report low inventory levels

• Awareness of aging goods. Adherence to first in, first out.

• Awareness of lot numbers and product IDs

• Identify and report defective items

• Hand-pouring products

• Label packaged ingredient items in accordance with procedures

• Ensure work areas and shock shelves are kept clean, neat and well- organized

• Assist in maintaining overall warehouse cleanliness

• Cross-train for most warehouse roles for coverage as needed

• May assist in processing small package shipment via UPS and other carriers

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, punctual and reliable (excellent attendance is crucial)

• Team player who works well and communicates well with others

• Excellent time management

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English

• Strong familiarity with the internet and Microsoft Windows operating system. Keyboarding/Computer proficiency

• Self-starting ability and works well without direct supervision

• Proficient organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods of time.

• Ability to perform certain tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing and pulling

• High School diploma or GED required
