Requirements
Jaci Carroll Staffing is currently recruiting for a 1st shift Solderer for a client company in the local area. This is a contract to hire position, with the hours being 7am-3:30pm, pay starting at $15/hr. This position will require the individual to perform soldering tasks throughout the assembly process.
Duties and responsibilities:
Perform soldering tasks within the electronic assembly line.
Capability and ability to maintain production rates and flows.
Demonstrate ability to perform lap joints, butt joints, and through hold joints.
Attach solder cup and lug soldering for connector terminations.
Demonstrate ability to perform wire tinning.
Identify good and bad solder joints.
Install and remove SMT or Through hole components along with the installation, removal and repair of all electronic packages.
Be able to perform circuit board repairs such as barrel, pad, corner or etch repairs.
Component identification training will be required.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have 3-5 years of previous industry experience along with proficient working knowledge of Microboard MIS (Aegis) software. IPC 610 and J-STD-001 Certifications preferred. Please submit an attached resume or work history for immediate consideration.
