Recruiting for two Production Team Members, one a senior position, for a small manufacturer. These two positions are perfect for career minded individuals looking for long term employment and will have full benefit package upon hire, including Retirement plan availability after 1 year as a permanent employee. Schedule will be 40 hours a week with four 10 hour work days, either Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri; OT not frequent but some as required. Hourly rate between $14-$16/hr, Senior rate between $17-$20/hr DOE.

The job is a combination of running and maintaining equipment, such as casters, pour furnaces, presses, burnishing equipment. Candidates will be trained on each piece of equipment. Mechanical ability, communication skills, problem solving and the ability to both follow process and direction are a must. Will be required to keep a clean and safe work environment.
