About the Role
Requirements
Currently recruiting for a full-time Bookkeeper position for a Newtown based company. Candidates should be detail oriented and be able to manage their payroll, contracts, and financial transactions. Strong communication and organization skills needed dealing with internal management staff. The starting hours will be Monday-Friday between 9:00AM-5:00PM, with a half an hour for lunch. The pay range would be $22-24/HR, based on experience. The candidate would be eligible to participate in an employer sponsored retirement plan one year after being hired directly.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and processing payroll transactions and reports
Preparing Contracts
Managing invoices and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate records
Communicating with other departments in an efficient manner

Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). They must have 2-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience and Quickbooks software experience.
