Katherine Hanratty, President Co-founder of Jaci Carroll Staffing, Katherine Hanratty has nearly 30 years of experience and an extensive record of industry leadership. She is actively involved in local, state and national trade organizations and is a past President of ISF and the Immediate Past President of ASA. Sylvia Biscardi, Corporate Sales Manager Bringing over 20 years of industry experience to Jaci Carroll Staffing, Sylvia Biscardi is involved in business development and account planning.
